With an extensive professional background in organizational change, leadership, emotional intelligence and human behaviour, Chelsea has dedicated much of her career to understanding what inspires people to take action, embrace change and connect with one another. Her work explores the human side of transformation: empathy, communication, authentic leadership and meaningful relationships.
Outside the professional world, Chelsea is passionate about performance cars, automotive rallies, travel, adventure and creating memorable experiences.
Her participation in Gumball 3000 became a defining moment. What began as a chance to experience one of the world’s most recognizable automotive rallies became something much more meaningful. Through her interactions with young girls and women who were inspired by seeing her take part, Chelsea began to understand that simply following her passions could encourage others to believe in their own possibilities.
That realization inspired Kindness in Motion, bringing together her professional understanding of human behaviour and meaningful change with her personal passion for adventure, connection and community.
Chelsea believes kindness and ambition are not mutually exclusive. You can be bold, adventurous, successful and driven, and still lead with compassion. In fact, those qualities are even more powerful together.
